Background
Camilo and Nico grew up in Colombian households surrounded by delicious tropical fruits. Back then, juice was part of everyday life. But, as they got older and wellness became a top priority, they were forced to cut it out, even though their love for it never faded.
It was a feeling many knew well. Unfortunately, drinking juice had become too hard to justify, and sugar was always the reason. So, Camilo and Nico set out to bring it back, reimagined for the ways we live today.
And thus, JOUS was born...
The Early Beginnings
"Fortune favors the bold" is all it took from Nico to convince Camilo to quit his investment banking job in NYC and pursue their dream. Both founders knew they wanted something bigger, and even though walking away from it all to start a juice company didn't seem like the most glamorous pursuit on paper, they were sure it could mean something real to the world. This is just the beginning, and they hope their story reminds others that no dream is too big and no start is too small when it comes from a place of genuine purpose. The future of juice starts here, so stay tuned.
